II. Scope of services
1. General public buildings
Office buildings, commercial and residential buildings and hotel buildings with construction floor area of less than 28 floors and 30,000 square meters for single project, including decoration works; industrial production plants and warehouses with span of less than 24m, such as frame and row frame structures (except light steel structures).
Note: single project construction area of 30,000 square meters or less.
2. Towering structure projects
For example, chimney, smoke pipe, power plant cooling tower, cool water tower, inverted cone shell water tower, umbrella water tower, silo, ash storage, grain silo, fertilizer plant granulation tower and cement plant cement warehouse, etc., the building height of 120m or less.
3. Residential projects
Single building project with less than 28 floors and the total construction area of the subject section is less than 120,000 square meters.

What are the differences between construction project management and project management services?
(1) Different service nature
Construction project management is a compulsory system. (2) Quality responsibilities and obligations of survey and design units: undertake business within the scope of qualification, carry out design survey in accordance with the compulsory standards for engineering construction, provide survey results, provide design documents, carry out design descriptions and participate in the analysis of engineering quality accidents.
(3) Quality responsibilities and obligations of construction units: contracting within the scope of qualification, being responsible for the construction quality of construction works and quality inspection.
(4) Quality responsibilities and obligations of the construction supervision unit: to undertake business within the scope of qualification.
