Audit and Assessment
Audit and assessment refer to a systematic, independent, and document-forming process of obtaining audit evidence and objectively evaluating it to determine the extent to which audit criteria are met. It involves investigating, auditing, and comparing the subject of the audit to assess its compliance, sufficiency, and effectiveness. In terms of the approach to auditing, it is characterized by being systematic and independent. Systematic means that all elements subject to audit should be covered, while independence ensures that the audit activity is separate from the audited department or entity to ensure fairness and objectivity in the audit. Supplier quality assessment and audits are typically conducted to assess the quality status and standards of suppliers, often performed at the initial stages of a project before selecting suppliers.
NOA provides professional audit and assessment services to ensure that suppliers meet the necessary technical qualifications, evaluate supply chain performance, assist clients in taking preventive measures, and promptly identify and address potential quality issues. In addition to quality assurance, NOA also assists organizations in improving and enhancing various aspects such as health and safety, environmental, ethical, and other sustainability performance requirements.
Supplier Audit Services
Audit services, specifically supplier audits, are a means to enhance supplier quality capabilities, stabilize supplier relationships, reduce procurement risks, and lower costs.
These services can help you identify suitable suppliers, laying a favorable foundation for ensuring the stability of your product quality and safeguarding your brand interests. For both brand manufacturers and multinational buyers, selecting a supplier that aligns with their brand requirements is crucial. A good supplier should not only meet your production and quality requirements but also be capable of assuming necessary social responsibilities in an increasingly mature social responsibility environment, ensuring compliance with their quality, safety, social and environmental responsibilities, as well as ethical standards. Alternatively, they can demonstrate that your company has implemented good practices and performance criteria, thereby increasing market share. These services assist you in gaining a competitive advantage in procurement, production, or sales in markets worldwide.
