(1) To prevent damage, pollution, deterioration, packaging leakage, loss, and other situations during the loading and unloading process of monitored goods, and monitoring loading can ensure the integrity and safety of the goods during the shipping process through corresponding measures taken during loading.
(2) To verify the actual situation during the loading and unloading of goods, serving as a basis for relevant parties in the handover of goods and handling of damage or discrepancies, in order to safeguard the rights and interests of parties involved in import and export commodity trade and the law.
(3) For imported goods involving safety, health, environmental protection, and hygiene, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and requirements, combined with the characteristics of various goods, inspection during unloading should be conducted to prove that the import and export goods meet the requirements of safety, health, environmental protection, and hygiene. If problems with the quality of goods are discovered that do not meet safety, health, environmental protection, and hygiene requirements, the consignee or relevant parties should be advised to take corresponding measures, such as site protection, unloading, isolation, etc., and the relevant competent authorities should handle it.
