NOA Group (NOA) was founded in 1999 and is based in Shanghai, China. We have multiple domestic testing, inspection (supervision), certification and R&D facilities, one testing, inspection and certification facility in Europe (Netherlands), and 15 domestic branches.
NOA is a global provider of testing and certification (TIC) services for advanced materials science, environmental protection, biomedical research and development, pharmaceutical research, general consumer product quality services, cosmetic research services, industrial services and engineering quality assurance services. We have 30,000 square meters of testing laboratories, a technical team of over 1,450 people and a portfolio of over 250,000 analytical methods to provide our customers with a comprehensive testing and evaluation service to achieve safety, compliance, suitability and sustainability of their products or organizations. NOA has been approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation of China and is qualified as a special equipment inspection and testing agency in the China, and is qualified as a national equipment supervisor and engineering supervisor in China. NOA-DCI is a CE Notified Body of the European Commission has been accredited by the International Electrotechnical Commission Quality Assessment for Electronic Components (IECQ), and is a national import and export commodity inspection and certification body in China, as well as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai.

We provide standardized testing and customized non-standard testing services, and have set up an integrated R&D centre to serve key manufacturing processes such as product analysis and development, process optimization and innovation research. In the field of pharmaceutical industry, NOA has established the independent Noa Taier Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to help the development of modern pharmaceutical industry with core resources and advantageous technologies, including research on the synthesis of lead compounds to the development of multiple drug formulation processes, as well as pharmacological research and testing to scale-up processes and production; in the field of human safety and efficacy evaluation, NOA has set up comprehensive human safety and efficacy evaluation centers in Shanghai, Suzhou and Guangzhou to provide scientific human safety and efficacy evaluation services for cosmetics, specific pharmaceuticals, disinfection and cleanliness and other industrial products based on a compliant and rigorous subject protection system and scientific standard methodology.
NOA provides nearly 100 types of certification services, ranging from system certification for intellectual property management, information security and innovation management; service certification for aged care services, transport services, finance and insurance; product certification for green products, national promotion of RoHS hazardous restricted substances certification, photovoltaic wind power products of new energy; and international certification services such as product safety directives of the CE European Union, authorised review of import and export goods in the countries of the Middle East, South America and Russia.
The testing, supervision and manufacturing inspect service capabilities of NOA cover fields such as petrochemicals, ocean engineering, power engineering, mining and port equipment, general equipment manufacturing, rail transportation, electric and automobile, daily chemical products, etc. Based on the solid technical capability, NOA has been serving various domestic manufacturing industries, helping to upgrade industries, eliminate technical barriers to exports and improve product quality and safety, both in terms of quality assurance services and technological innovation and research. In the Netherlands, France, Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Jordan and Serbia and other countries involved on the Belt and Road initiative, our technical services have provided excellent support to Chinese and foreign enterprises in the fields of power engineering, ocean engineering, petrochemicals and many others.
